Product Information

All products are hand manufactured by specialist who have been working in the manufacturing business for over 20 years. All products are made up of Hardwood frame, Grade A foam, and 6.5-inch Reflex foam for the seating.

All products come in variety of colours and materials that means there will be colour and material for every customer. All material is of the highest quality and complies with all fire & safety regulations.

These products can be customised to meet the needs of the customer. We allow customers to choose the colour and material of the products, whether to have diamantes or plain matching fabric buttons and whether to have chrome studs on the arms or plain.

If you need any more information please leave us a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The manufacturing & delivery process takes from 2 to 3 weeks, and collection orders are ready to collect within 10 working days. We can also take bulk orders if needed.

Please check the measurements carefully and consult with us if you think it could be difficult to get it in. We will charge for delivery and return if you can’t accept the sofa because it will not fit in to your home. If the delivery for some reason can’t be accepted, we charge you another delivery charge for the product to be delivered at later date.

Terms & Conditions

All our products are covered under the manufacturing 12-month warranty. Please note this does not include any personal damage. We ask all customers to double check the product before accepting delivery as we will not be responsible for exchanging or repairing if damage is found later.

Please also note we will contact you prior delivery to arrange a delivery date so it is vital you provide us with a correct contact number as this may cause delays if we are unable to contact you to arrange deliveries. We don’t accept delays due to any unforeseen circumstances so please be patient as we will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Any delivery that is made we recommend to make sure there is easy access to the room that you wish the product to be fitted in as we will not accept any damages which may occur to your property or product if these steps are not taken in advance.

SHIPPING:

We offer guaranteed delivery within 21 days as this is the usual turnover time to manufacture and deliver the products to highest of standard. Once the product has been manufactured, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Once the delivery date has been confirmed we will then assign a 3-hour time slot on which your delivery will be completed. Please provide a mobile or daytime phone number so we can contact you to update you on ETA.

We offer a 2-man delivery service to a room of your choice ground floor only. If the delivery is going to a flat, we will charge £40 extra upon delivery to deliver the product. Please note there will need to be easy access to the flat as any damages that may occur will be liable by the customer not the delivery team. If you do not wish to pay the extra £40 for the flat delivery, we will deliver the product door side with the receipt of the product.

RETURN POLICY :
It is the buyers responsibility to return unwanted goods within 7 days of purchase.
If collection needs to be organised by ourselves, the collection charges will be passed onto the customer.
Item must be in its original packaging and must be suitably packed. All items must arrive back in original condition suitable for re-sale.

A £60 re-packaging fee and inspection fee will be charged on all returns.

Regrettably as this is a self assembly product, items that have been assembled may not be returned.
Please ensure you are happy with the product and the condition of the product before you begin assembly.
