Refund Policy 

Terms and Conditions

All contracts formed between Cash and Carry Beds and the customer for the purchase of items shall be governed by English law, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

Returns and Inspections

If you return a product claiming it to be defective, our technicians will inspect and verify the issue.

  • If the product is found to be faulty, you will be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • If the product is not found to be faulty, it will be returned to you, and you will be charged the transport costs. The product may be held until full payment for return transport is received.

Availability and Delivery

  • All items are subject to stock availability.

  • If an item is unavailable, we may suggest alternatives of similar quality and price.

  • Delivery dates are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control. We are not liable for costs or losses caused by delivery delays.

  • Please allow sufficient time for delivery before arranging installation.

  • Delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct size, colour, and access into their property.

Refunds & Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair, or compensation if goods are:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Unfit for purpose

This applies whether items were purchased at full price or in a sale.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled within 14 days of placement will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • After 14 days, cancellations are not permitted.

  • “Sold as Seen” items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Online & Distance Orders (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you buy from us online, you may cancel your order and request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the date the last item is received.

  • To cancel, you may refuse delivery or follow our returns process.

Exclusions

The right to cancel or return does not apply to the following, unless faulty:

  • Made to Order Furniture – tailored to your specifications.

  • Mattresses – for health and hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be refunded or exchanged once unsealed, opened, or used. They can only be returned if:

    • They remain unused,

    • Still sealed in original packaging,

    • Or proven to be faulty on delivery.

Mattress Policy

  • Once a mattress has been opened, unwrapped, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

  • Refunds or exchanges are only possible if the mattress is faulty, damaged on delivery, or not as described.

  • If returning an unopened mattress, it must be in its original packaging, unused, and fit for resale.

Order Amendments

  • Items cannot be added to an order once placed – a new order must be created.

  • Items cannot be removed once placed – unwanted items must be returned after delivery.

  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order has been placed (for security and fraud prevention).

Made to Order Furniture

For bespoke or Made to Order furniture:

  • Changes or cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@cashandcarrybeds.co.uk with your order number.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations and amendments will not be accepted.

Returns After Delivery

If you wish to return goods after delivery (excluding Made to Order or mattresses once opened):

  • We will refund the cost of the goods excluding delivery charges.

  • Deductions may be made if the goods show signs of use, are missing parts, or the packaging is damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If your goods are faulty, damaged, missing, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
